On Wednesday, March 24, noon –1:15 p.m., the Denton Main Street Program will celebrate 20 years as a Texas Main Street City. First Lady Anita Perry and members of the Texas Historical Commission (THC) will be present for the celebration as part of the Texas Main Street Program’s First Lady’s Tour. The tour is an annual event celebrating Texas Main Street cities.

Each year, the City of Denton publishes its Annual Citizen Update (Annual Report), which provides a summary of growth, demographics, Capital Improvements, financials and City-wide accomplishments.

The Denton Public Library, in association with Denton Television (DTV) and the Denton Independent School District, are proud to announce the creation of a new community television show for children: Library Larry’s Big Day!
