INDIVIDUAL FITNESS ASSESSMENTS
An individual fitness assessments is recommended for beginning any strengthening or weight-loss program. The assessment gauges your current fitness level to determine your fitness needs and goals. In the assessment, a certified fitness professional takes your blood pressure and performs a flexibility measurement, a muscular endurance test, a cardio-respiratory endurance test, and a maximum strength test. In addition, the specialist will use the Ironman Tantia Scale to determine your metabolic age, body fat percentage, body water percentage, muscle mass, bone bass, basal metabolic rate, and visceral fat.
