Insurance Programs
SilverSneakers, Silver&Fit, and Renew Active by United Healthcare (UHC) are fitness programs designed specifically for active older adults delivered through a nationwide network of participating insurance plans. Les Mills BODYPUMP
This 60-minute resistance training workout is the fastest way to tone up and lose body fat! Using the best weight-room exercises such as squats, presses, lifts, and curls, you'll burn fat, gain strength, and quickly produce lean body muscle conditioning.
Les Mills BODYCOMBAT
The 60-minute fiercely energetic cardio workout where you will punch, kick, and kata your way through calories to superior cardiovascular fitness.
Les Mills BODYJAM
That pop song you love right now? It's in BODYJAM. Dance your butt off, get a killer workout, and burn an average of 500 calories while you're at it. Whether you've got two left feet or fancy yourself as Beyonce's backup dancer, you will love this 60-minute cardio dance class! Pop, Hip-hop, House, and all styles of electronic dance music are the soul of BODYJAM. Open to all bodies of any fitness level.
Les Mills BODYFLOW
This 60-minute workout mixes Yoga, Tai Chi, and Pilates to build flexibility and strength, leaving you feeling centered and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration, and a carefully structured series of stretches and poses create a holistic workout.
Les Mills CORE
A 30-minute core training workout incorporates strength training to hone in on the torso and sling muscles connecting the upper body to the lower body. Ideal for tightening the core area while improving strength and assisting in injury prevention.
Les Mills BODYATTACK
BODYATTACK is a 60-minute high-energy interval-training cardio workout. Burn up to 550 calories while toning and shaping your entire body. Restore your fitness with high, medium, and low-impact athletic aerobic exercise and body weight resistance.
Indoor Cycling
Burn massive amounts with this 45-minute workout! Cycling strengthens core and lower body muscles while improving cardiovascular health.
Cycle Yoga
This 40-minute combo class is a high-energy cardio workout on stationary bikes with a 20-minute practice of yoga on a mat.
Zumba & Zumba Gold
Exciting hour of calorie-burning, body-energizing low-impact cardio fitness.
Classically Fit
Led by a certified personal trainer and designed to improve bone density, muscle strength, cardiovascular fitness, joint mobility, and flexibility. The class uses hand weights, elastic tubing, and low-impact aerobics for all levels to adapt.
Senior Chair Yoga
Move through seated, and standing yoga poses designed to increase flexibility, balance, and range of movement in this senior class. This class is led by a certified SILVERSNEAKERS Yoga instructor and is open to everyone.
Senior Mat Yoga
Gain balance, flexibility, range of motion, hip-joint mobility, and increase bone density and core strength in this 60-minute yoga class specifically designed for seniors. Choose chair support or free standing for a series of mat and standing yoga poses modified to all fitness levels.

Personal Training (All Rec Centers)
Personal trainers provide customized fitness programs for one-on-one training for members ages 14 and older, all fitness levels. In addition to exercise prescription and instruction, our trainers motivate clients by setting goals, providing feedback, and encouraging accountability.
Services include, but are not limited to:
- Weight loss programs
- Building lean muscle mass
- Post-physical therapy rehab
- Increasing bone density
- Restoring range of motion
- Senior fitness and more
Packages consist of half-hour or one-hour sessions that meet one, two, or three days per week based on fitness goals and motivational levels. Single sessions are available upon request with most trainers.
Personal Trainers are independent contractors and therefore set their own training rates.

Personal Trainer Assessments
- Start Smart
Cost: $100
A one-time, 90-minute personal training session designed to take you on the right path. We will introduce you to equipment and map out a fitness journey with you and for you. - Fitness Assessments
Cost: $50
Before beginning any strengthening or weight-loss program, an assessment is recommended to better gauge your fitness needs. Testing includes body fat percentage, muscle mass, blood pressure, metabolic age/rate, flexibility, endurance, and maximum strength.
