The City of Denton's Green Business Program is a collaboration designed to raise awareness about sustainable business concepts and to encourage the adoption of best practices. Participants will utilize a combination of Denton Green Business marketing materials, City-provided resources, and information shared across the Denton Green Business network in order to achieve their sustainability goals. 

Step 1 - Application and Questionnaire

• Tell us your story!
• List all current sustainable practices in our 6 key focus areas
• By completing this step your business officially be a part of the program

Step 2 - Join a Cohort

• Learn a new skill!
• Sign up for a cohort focused on a subject area that is most of interest to your business

Step 3 - Community Engagement

• Spread the word!
• Engage with the public through branding, social media, volunteering, or sustainability themed events hosted at your business

Step 4 - Ongoing Participation

• Keep in touch!
• Complete an annual report
• Let us know how we can best help you on your sustainability journey
