QLessQLess: Get in Line From Home

When you need to visit Customer Service in person, you can now use QLess to see estimated wait times and sign up for a place in line before you leave the house! If you're running late QLess also allows you to give yourself extra time without losing your place in line. Follow the steps below to get started, or download the mobile app from the Apple App Store and Google Play.

How to Get in Line with QLess

  1. Select your preferred language using the QLess system on this page, or by visiting our QLess Kiosk website
  2. Submit your name and cell phone number
  3. Select the appropriate department for the service you need such as the following listings: (more departments will be added soon)

Customer Service (Utilities)

  • Connect/disconnect/transfer utility services
  • Make a cash payment
  • Bring/update required utility documentation
  • Discuss bills
  • Return Fire Hydrant Contracts
  • Payments and paperwork return for hotel occupancy
  • Community Improvement Services (CIS) payments

Animal Services
