Proposition 1: Street Improvements
Authorized the issuance of $61,710,000 in bonds for the purpose of construction, reconstruction, restructuring and extending streets, roadways, and other traffic an transportation facilities, including the purchase of land to support these improvements. The proposition also included up to $30,000 for the installation of related public art.

Proposition 2: Public Safety Facilities
Authorized the issuance of $16,565,000 of bonds for the purpose of constructing, reconstructing, renovating, improving, expanding, equipping, and furnishing public safety facilities for the Police and Fire Departments. The proposition also included up to $325,000 for the installation of related public art.

- Constructing, reconstructing, restructuring, and installing, stormwater drainage and flood control improvements
- Related utility relocation and bridge and street modifications or removal
- The purchase of land, as necessary, to support these improvements
Magnolia Street/Hinkle Drive Drainage (Phase 2)
- Creation of separate storm drain to carry stormwater runoff to Pecan Creek

Pecan Creek Drainage Improvements (Phase 2)
- Design and construction of drainage Improvements from Locus Street to Prairie Street
- Status: Under construction
Eagle Drive Drainage Improvements (Phase 2)
- Channel improvements from east of Elm Street to Eagle Drive

South Bell Avenue Drainage System
- Improvements to the South Bell Avenue Drainage System

Authorized the issuance of $11,335,000 of bonds for the purpose of:
- Constructing, reconstructing, renovating, improving, expanding and equipping , including beautification, trails, athletic fields, water parks, swimming pools, park buildings, and recreation facilities
- Up to $180,000 of such principal amount for acquiring, constructing, and installing public art related to and being part of some or all of the foregoing
- The purchase of land, as necessary, to support these improvements
