Permitted Waste Haulers

In order to promote safe collection, transportation, and disposal practices, the City Industrial Pretreatment Program administers the waste hauler permitting program.

 Any individual or company hauling liquids or special wastes from any premise within the City of Denton is required to apply for a Permit.  Liquid Waste is covered under City of Denton Code, Chapter 26: Article XII.  Special Waste is covered under City of Denton Code, Chapter 24: Solid Waste.
