Join us for Denton's official Earth Day event, the Denton Redbud Festival, on April 29 at the Denton Civic Center and Quakertown Park. Presented by Keep Denton Beautiful, this free, family-friendly event celebrates the Redbud Capital of Texas.

Come for the free trees, stay for the workshops, food trucks, live bands, plant sales, wildlife edutainment, face painting, artisan vendors, tree-themed story time, and Reuse Runway show sponsored by Thistle Creative. Admire as models display designs made entirely of upcycled materials. 

And don't miss the ceremonial tree planting in honor of Arbor Day. Learn about the importance of trees and their impact on our environment, and take home a new tree to plant in your own backyard.

With so much to see and do, the Denton Redbud Festival is the perfect way to spend a spring day with your family and friends. Admission is free!
