The City of Denton Planning and Zoning Commission (P&Z) will hold a public hearing and consider making a recommendation to City Council regarding a request by Aimee Bissett with 97 Land Company on behalf of Allegiance Hillview, LP to amend the Rayzor Ranch Overlay District by amending the Concept/Schematic Plan and the Zoning Overlay Exhibit by removing Lots 1R and 1R2, Block C of Rayzor Ranch East from the Rayzor Ranch Overlay District and changing the zoning from the Rayzor Ranch Overlay (RRO) District to a Mixed-Use Neighborhood (MN) District.

The subject property is generally located west of Bonnie Brae Street between Linden Drive and Panhandle Street in the City of Denton, Denton County, Texas.
