The City of Denton Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing and consider making a recommendation to City Council regarding a request a request by Asbury United Methodist Church to rezone approximately 13.07 acres from Residential 2 (R2) District to Suburban Corridor (SC) District. The site is generally located at the northeast corner of North Locust Street and Hercules Lane, in the City of Denton, Denton County, Texas.

P&Z may recommend, and City Council may approve, any request which is equivalent to or more restrictive than that which is requested and which is deemed consistent with Denton 2040 Comprehensive Plan.
