The City of Denton Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, August 24, 2022 and consider making a recommendation to City Council regarding a request by the property owner, Industrial Reserve LLC, to rezone approximately 9.56 acres of land from Residential 2 (R2) District to Light Industrial (IC) District. The site is generally located at the northeast corner of US 380 and Thomas Egan Road, in the City of Denton, Denton County, Texas.
