The City of Denton Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing and consider making a recommendation to City Council regarding a request for a Specific Use Permit (SUP) to allow for an Equipment Sales and Rental use on approximately 5.865 acres of land, generally located north of US 380 (University Drive) and approximately 250 feet east of Spring Valley Drive, in the City of Denton, Denton County, Texas.

The recommendation of P&Z will be forwarded to the City Council for final action. The P&Z may recommend, and City Council may approve, any request which is equivalent to or more restrictive than that which is requested, and which is deemed consistent with Denton 2040 Comprehensive Plan.
