The City of Denton Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing and consider making a recommendation to City Council regarding a request by 97 Land Company on behalf of Allegiance Hillview, LP to amend the Rayzor Ranch Overlay District by amending the Development Standards regarding the number and location of multifamily dwelling units within the South Campus.
The affected area includes an encompasses approximately 257 acres located just South of West University Drive and just north of Scripture Street, between Interstate I-35 and Bonnie Brae Street in the City of Denton, Denton County, Texas.
