The City of Denton City Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, October 18, 2022, to consider a petition for voluntary annexation of approximately 82.96 acres of land, generally located on the north side of Barthold Road and approximately 1,300 feet west of Interstate 35 (I-35) to the City of Denton, Denton County, Texas.

City Council may approve, any request which is equivalent to or more restrictive than that which is requested, and which is deemed consistent with Denton 2040 Comprehensive Plan.
