The City of Denton Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing and consider making a recommendation to City Council regarding a rezone approximately 21.013 acres from Planned Development Residential 7 (PD-R7) to Residential 6 (R6) District. The site is generally located west of Lane Street and Mockingbird Lane and north of the terminus of Trailhead Lane, in the City of Denton, Denton County, Texas.
