The City of Denton Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing and consider making a recommendation to City Council regarding the initial zoning of approximately 82.96 acres of land to a Light Industrial (LI) Zoning District, generally located on the north side of Barthold Road approximately 1,300 feet west of Interstate 35 (I-35) in the City of Denton, Denton County, Texas.
