The City of Denton Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing and consider making a recommendation to City Council regarding a request by MRLP Bick Property LLC for a Comprehensive Plan Amendment to modify the Future Land Use Map to change the designation from Business Center to Moderate Residential. The 24-acre property is generally located on the west side of North Mayhill Road, approximately 250 feet north of Russell Newman Boulevard, in the City of Denton, Denton County, Texas.
