The City of Denton Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing and consider making a recommendation to City Council regarding a request by Stuart Apartment Properties, LLC for a Specific Use Permit to allow for an increase in the maximum permitted height for a proposed multi-family dwelling use on an approximately 2.695-acre lot generally located at the southwest corner of Loop 288 and Stuart Road in the City of Denton, Denton County, Texas.
