[ARCHIVED] Public Hearing: Rezoning to Residential 1 (R1) (Z21-0015)

The City of Denton Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing and consider making a recommendation to City Council regarding a request by Jason Labrum, the property owner, to rezone approximately 1.00 acres from a Residential Rural (RR) District to a Residential 1 (R1) District. The 1.00-acre site is generally located on the north side of Miller Road, approximately 190 feet east of Masch Branch Road, being on the north line of Miller Road, in the City of Denton, Denton County, Texas. (Z21-0015, Linc Homes Single-Family Rezoning, Mark Laird).

The recommendation of P&Z will be forwarded to the City Council for final action, which is scheduled for Tuesday, December 7, 2021 at 6:30 p.m. The P&Z may recommend, and City Council may approve, any request which is equivalent to or more restrictive than that which is requested and which is deemed consistent with Denton Plan 2030.
