QLess: Get in Line from Home

When you need to visit Customer Service in person, you can now use QLess to see estimated wait times and sign up for a place in line before you leave the house! If you’re running late QLess also allows you to give yourself extra time without losing your place in line. Follow the steps below to get started, or download the mobile app from the Apple App Store and Google Play.
 

How to Get in Line with QLess

Step 1: Select your preferred language using the QLess system at the bottom of this page, or by clicking here.
Step 2: Submit your name and cell phone number.
Step 3: Select the appropriate department for the service you need (see table below, more departments will be added soon).
