Administration and Procedures (Module 2)

Because the DDC addresses complex and comprehensive issues and regulations, Denton Code 2030 has divided the DDC updates into three modules. Module 2 addresses the administration of the DDC and specific procedures and processes.

In Module 2, we address the overall purpose, intent, and applicability of the DDC. These subchapters will provide for how to handle non-conforming uses, who has the authority to administer the code, and how the code is enforced. Additionally, this section will provide a summary of all of the types of applications, the review procedures, and who has decision-making authority on those applications. 

A public open house is scheduled for Wednesday, Mar. 28, 6 to 8 p.m. in the City Council Chamber. If you cannot attend and would like to submit comments, please use the comment form below.
