: Residential Application
, Site Plan, foundation/footing plan, elevation plan, framing plan, electrical plan (if applicable), and any other structures or built-ins requested for construction.
Plans may be submitted electronically online or delivered in person to the Development Services Center with two (2) set of paper plans.
Footings (must be done before concrete is poured), and Finals
$100 minimum, based on square feet. Additional fees will apply if installing electric. See "Fee Schedule" under "Helpful Resources" for more information.
