Project Background

The Mistywood, Craig, Freedom, and Chebi (MCFC) Street Reconstruction Project is a part of the City's focus on rebuilding existing streets that have reached the end of their useful life. These streets were evaluated and given an Overall Condition Index (OCI) score of 20 or less. The City also intends to focus on one-time comprehensive neighborhood roadway infrastructure projects that complete both streets and utilities improvements.

The intended results of the MCFC Street Reconstruction Project will provide residents with a reconstructed street, improved utility services, among other improvements identified by residents dependent on funding and constructability.
