The City of Denton Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, December 13, 2017, and consider a request by Amanda Austin t for a Specific Use Permit for 4 acres of land, specifically to allow for a multi-family residential use. Following the Planning & Zoning Commission meeting, the City of Denton City Council will hold a public hearing and consider adoption of an ordinance on Tuesday, February 6, 2017 regarding the proposed Specific Use Permit request.
The property is generally located on the north side of Mingo Road, approximately 150 feet southwest of Boyd Street in the City of Denton, Denton County, Texas.

Any citizen or group of citizens interested in attending the public hearing is invited to do so. If you attend, you will be given an opportunity to speak for or against the change, or you may attend only to observe. Applicants and their agents are expected to attend.
Properties within 200 feet of the subject property were notified of the request pursuant to the Texas Local Government Code. In addition, as a courtesy, the City of Denton also sends notification to all physical addresses within a 500-foot radius of the subject property.
