NORTH LAKES REC CENTER
Boot Camp is for the strong, the weak, the fit, and the not so fit. There is no discrimination, as long as you have the will to finish what you started. This high powered 60-minute workout combines high intensity intervals of strength training, mixed with bursts of cardio and elements of HIIT, tabata, and dynamic core training. All fitness levels are welcome and workouts are indoor and outdoor.
Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 5:45 a.m.
$40 per month at North Lakes Rec Center
It's the perfect balance of cardio, flexibility, and strength. This class combines a 40-minute high energy cardio workout with a 20-minute practice of yoga. You'll improve it all while burning 550 to 750 calories per class. All fitness levels are welcome.

ZUMBA® AT MLK JR. REC CENTER
Everybody and every body! Zumba® is designed to bring people together by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. This total workout combines many elements of fitness-cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy, and a serious does of awesome. First class is free for new participants. Drop-ins are welcome, $5 per visit.
Monday and Wednesday, 6-7 p.m., plus second and fourth Saturday, noon-1 p.m.

Twisted Bodies™ Essential Yoga
Essential Yoga classes are powerful learning experiences in which you re-discover your body, how it works, and what it can do. Learn the basic poses, alignment, breathing practices, moving with the breath, relaxation techniques, and more. Gain an understanding of body mechanics, and how to apply yoga to your life and physical and spiritual needs. Register by the week before the start of each month to avoid program cancellations.
