Denton Senior Center is a 19,430-square-foot facility with a state-of-the-art fitness room, woodshop, game room, library, and several multipurpose rooms. The center serves as a gathering place for adults, age 50 and older, to enjoy daily SPAN lunches and fellowship, monthly socials and seminars, frequent trips, and special events.

Includes access to a state-of-the-art fitness room with treadmills, bikes, ellipticals, leg-extension, and bicep-curl machine, chest press, shoulder press, triceps press, hip abductor/adductor, ab crunch, and free weights. One month, $15; three months, $35; one year, $100
Rec Pass and Drop-in Activities
Rec pass is $10 a year for residents and $15 a year for nonresidents. A complete list of daily activities can always be found in the newsletter.
Span Meals, weekdays at noon
Coordinated by SPAN (Special Programs for Aging Needs). Lunches may be reserved up to one week in advance but no later than noon the day before. The suggested donation is $2 for those 60 and older; individuals younger than 60 may eat for $5.
All rentals require a $300 security deposit, cash or money order only. We do not accept rentals extending past midnight. We provide tables and chairs, but the renter is responsible for all set-up and clean-up. For rentals ending at midnight, clean-up must be complete by 1 a.m. Alcohol is not permitted.
